Important Terms to Read Before Purchasing Handcraft Series
Once we receive your payment and confirm your order, we will contact you within 2-3 business days with a 2D cartoon-like sketch drawing. At this stage, please confirm the color scheme, hairstyle, clothing, and posture details with us. We may also suggest additional accessories for you to consider, which you can choose to add or discard. We will begin crafting your item once you approve the drawing.
Our refund policy is as follows:
100% of the total amount paid is refundable before the drawing process begins.
50% of the total amount is refundable between the commencement of the drawing and the start of crafting.
No refunds will be issued once the drawing is confirmed, and the crafting process has begun.
Unfortunately, due to the unique nature of handcrafted and customized products, they are neither refundable nor returnable. If you have any concerns before making a purchase or encounter any quality issues after receiving your doll, please don't hesitate to reach out to us through the contact form. We're here to help address any concerns you may have.
Please note that the style of your craft may differ from what is displayed on our website, as the artist is randomly assigned (except for CutieU Premium). If you prefer a particular style showcased on our website, let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Personal artist selection typically incurs a $10 surcharge.
